The ECO DISTRICT is to be a sustainable campus initially designed to accommodate workers during construction, with the long- term goal of evolving into a vibrant village that supports the local economy. The campus will feature Net Zero Energy buildings powered by renewable energy sources like solar and wind, alongside efficient water management systems, including rainwater harvesting and grey water recycling. It will also include green spaces, walkable and bike-friendly infrastructure, EV charging stations, and smart mobility options like electric shuttles and ride-sharing. Emphasizing a circular economy model, the district will prioritize waste reduction, recycling, and the use of locally sourced materials. Eventually, the campus will transform into a fully functional village with housing, community spaces, and business opportunities, serving as a model for sustainable development in the region.
