It will also include green spaces, walkable and bike-friendly infrastructure, EV charging stations, and smart mobility options like electric shuttles and ride-sharing. Emphasizing a circular economy model, the district will prioritize waste reduction, recycling, and the use of locally sourced materials. Eventually, the campus will transform into a fully functional village with housing, community spaces, and business opportunities, serving as a model for sustainable development in the region.
